1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this website, purchasing a membership, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or our services.
2. Services
Allied Admin Partners provides:
Administrative and compliance support services for Allied Health and NDIS providers;
Virtual Assistant services, including email management, invoicing, intake and database management, service agreement preparation, and general administration tasks;
Membership access to templates, guides, and compliance tools via our Resource Hub; and
General information, articles, and blog content.
Our services are available to both NDIS-registered and non-registered providers. Services may change from time to time without notice.
3. Memberships & Resource Hub
3.1 Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals and businesses in the Allied Health and NDIS sectors.
3.2 Access
Upon payment, members will receive login credentials to the Resource Hub. These are for personal/business use only and must not be shared.
3.3 Use of Resources
Resources, templates, and downloads are provided for general administrative and compliance support only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or clinical advice. Members are responsible for adapting resources to their own business needs and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and NDIS requirements.
3.4 Payments & Renewals
Membership fees are payable upfront and are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law. Unless otherwise stated, memberships are annual and may renew automatically.
3.5 Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle. Refunds are not offered for change of mind, but your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
4. Virtual Assistant Services
4.1 Scope of Work
Where we provide tailored administrative support, invoicing, service agreement preparation, database management, or related services:
We act in an administrative capacity only and are not responsible for the clinical decisions, legal obligations, or compliance outcomes of your business.
You remain responsible for verifying that documents and processes meet current NDIS and professional standards.
4.2 Service Delivery
We may assign you a dedicated Virtual Assistant or team member depending on your service package. Services are scalable and flexible.
4.3 Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel Virtual Assistant services, 30 days’ notice is required unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content, templates, resources, text, graphics, and logos are the property of Allied Admin Partners or its licensors.
You may use resources for your own business purposes but must not:
Reproduce, resell, or redistribute them;
Claim ownership or remove copyright notices; or
Share login details outside your business.
6. Disclaimers
While we take care to ensure accuracy, resources are provided “as is” without warranties of completeness, suitability, or fitness for purpose.
We are not liable for errors, outdated information, or outcomes arising from the use of our resources or services.
Nothing on this website constitutes professional legal, tax, financial, or clinical advice. Please seek independent advice where appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Allied Admin Partners is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, business interruption, or loss of data/profit;
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant membership or service;
Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We also take reasonable steps to keep your business and client information confidential.
9. Third-Party Links & Software
Our website may include links to third-party websites or recommend practice management software. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services and make no guarantees about their accuracy or suitability.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Resource Hub or services if you:
Breach these Terms;
Fail to pay fees when due; or
Engage in unauthorised use of resources.
Termination does not limit our right to seek damages or other remedies.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
